1. Who we are
NEXA ECOSYSTEM is operated by Marin Stoyanov Pantov, a natural person, ul. Mechta 32, Haskovo, Bulgaria (the "operator"). Contact: nexabalance1@gmail.com. Full details: Legal notice.
2. What this site is — concepts, not products for sale
All products shown are futuristic concepts. They do not exist as goods and are not for sale. A "concept price" is a market-interest question, not an offer. Pressing "BUY NOW" records your interest only: no order is created and no payment is taken.
3. What you can pay for — NEXA BALANCE
NEXA BALANCE is a prepaid digital unit. Its only use is to open the protected content of concepts — the detailed concept descriptions and additional images — on the NEXA sites listed above. It has no cash value.
- Purchase. BALANCE is bought in packages with a one-time payment; there is no subscription. The price in EUR and the BALANCE you receive are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- When it is credited. BALANCE is added to your wallet only after Stripe confirms the payment as successful.
- How it is used. Each paid unlock of a concept ("PRODUCT VIEW") costs 6 BALANCE. On each site, the two concepts at positions 1 and 2 are free to view for everyone, every time, while they are at those positions — without a wallet or payment, and without taking a place in your WINDOW. The operator may change which concepts are at positions 1 and 2 at any time; a concept that leaves those positions is a paid concept again (concepts already open in your WINDOW stay open). One BALANCE is shared by all NEXA sites listed above.
- Open concepts (WINDOW). On each site — separately for each browser or API token — up to four unlocked concepts stay open in your WINDOW. Re-opening a concept that is still in your WINDOW costs nothing; opening a fifth concept closes the oldest one. Your WINDOW expires after 24 hours without any opening or re-opening of a concept on that site; all its concepts then close, and opening one again is a new paid unlock (the two concepts at positions 1 and 2 are always free).
- WINDOW and BALANCE validity are separate. The 24-hour WINDOW only decides which concepts are open right now. It is not the 30-day validity of purchased BALANCE: an expired WINDOW removes no BALANCE, and BALANCE expiring after 30 days does not close concepts that are still open in your WINDOW.
- Validity. Each purchase is valid for exactly 30 days from the moment its payment succeeds. BALANCE of that purchase that is not used within those 30 days expires. Expiry is not extended, unused BALANCE is not carried over to a new purchase, and expired BALANCE is not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.
- New purchases. Each new purchase has its own independent 30-day period. It does not restore or extend earlier purchases. To open new paid content after your BALANCE has expired, you need a new purchase.
- No cash value, final purchase. BALANCE cannot be paid out, transferred, exchanged or bought back. We do not offer voluntary refunds or cancellations — see the Refund policy. Your mandatory rights under consumer law are not affected.
- Your Balance Code restores your BALANCE in another browser. Keep it private: whoever has it can use your BALANCE. We cannot recover a lost code.
4. AI agents and other automated clients
Automated clients may use the documented machine interface under the same rules and prices. Whoever operates the agent is responsible for its use, its payments and its API key. Paying through an agent's own payment method (Machine Payments Protocol) is a payment by the agent's operator.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU / EEA)
Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, it applies as the law requires. If, when you pay, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, that right ends to the extent permitted by law once the digital content is supplied. BALANCE is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium; it is supplied when it is credited to your wallet, right after the payment. Under Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal then no longer applies, provided that (1) you expressly requested immediate supply before paying, (2) you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) we confirmed the contract, including that request and acknowledgment, on a durable medium. You give (1) and (2) with the required box in Stripe Checkout. If any of these conditions is not met for your purchase, you may withdraw within 14 days of the payment by e-mail to nexabalance1@gmail.com, and we refund the payment. If the law treats your purchase as a service rather than as digital content, you may likewise withdraw within 14 days of the payment; we then refund the payment less the value of the BALANCE you have already used. After a successful payment we send a confirmation of the purchase, with these terms attached, to the e-mail address you give in Stripe Checkout.
6. Content and fair use
The concepts, texts and images are the operator's creative work. You may view them for personal use. Copying, republishing or bulk downloading protected content is not allowed. We may limit or block abusive use (for example excessive automated requests).
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Concept descriptions are speculative and are not product specifications. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by the law of Bulgaria; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes, law, disputes
We may change these terms for future purchases; the version shown at the time of a purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. We do not take part voluntarily in alternative dispute resolution. As a consumer you may still contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg), the European Consumer Centre in your country (ECC-Net), or the competent court.
